Abstract
Human emotions are complex and fluid. Emotions between people are contagious and connected. Emotions arise no matter what we do, in life, at work, or even in our dreams. But in daily life, we may close off our personal emotions in order to accomplish certain things better or make certain decisions rationally. Sometimes when everything around us happens so fast, we may not have time to react and it can be difficult to name or figure out what we are feeling. Take a minute or two, relax and think about how you have been feeling lately?

人的情感往往是複雜的、流動的。人與人之間的情感是會被傳染的。在生活中，無論我們在做任何事情都會產生情感。我們可能會為了更好地完成某些事情或理性地做出某些決定，而封閉自己的個人情感。有時候，當我們周圍的－切發生得太快時，我們可能沒有時間做出反應，而很難説出或弄清楚自己的感受。一兩分鐘，放鬆一下，想想你最近感覺如何吧？
