Abstract
王樂群，綽號樂少，九龍城寨黑虎幫坐館，與另一幫派飛鷹會坐館周湛森是敵對，周湛森因霸佔龍津尾巷的地盤，打傷他的10名手下，令到兩方衝突加深。王樂群雖身為幫派坐館，但為人善良，重情重義，與女朋友何文瑛感情很好，對妹妹王家君更是愛護有加，與親信方天朗手足情深，在另一次與周湛森的衝突之中，與方天朗被打成重傷，周湛森更帶人走進他的地盤搗亂，使王樂群對周湛森展開復仇，他與龍城會首領柯偉雄合作並交出利益條件，再指揮幫派兄弟到城寨各位置佈署，勢言要剷除周湛森 。
