Abstract
Many of you are following the daily routine: Wake Up, Have breakfast, Go to school or work, Have lunch, go home, ... and finally, go to Sleep. Is it good to follow the same routine day after day without any changes?... I was used to be like most of the people who prefer a routine that can be followed day after day. However, I have changed since I had my first breakthrough and successfully transformed myself into a new stage in my life. Let me share my experience with you in this speech.
