針對政府在提高公眾海洋保護意識方面力度不夠的問題，本計畫利用虛擬實境（VR）技術，將各種海洋問題融入遊戲體驗中。透過打造沉浸式旅程，希望讓大學生了解保護海洋的理念和重要性，最終提高他們的意識並培養海洋保護的責任感。
