Abstract
魏德聖的《海角七號》(2008)、《賽德克·巴萊》(2011)和《KANO》(2014)三部作品都受到後殖民主義的影響,並回應了日治時期的台灣歷史。《海角七號》透過兩個時空交錯的愛情故事反映了殖民情感,其票房成功激發了魏德聖拍攝《賽德克·巴萊》,試圖以原住民的角度描繪日治時期的台灣,強調原住民在這個時期的重要地位。《KANO》則講述由多元民族組成的地方棒球隊晉級甲子園大賽的故事,以凸顯日台之間的利益關係。三部作品各自描繪了日治時期的不同面向。本文從後殖民理論和魏德聖的創作意念去分析當中兩部電影,嘗試解釋台灣在日據時期的抵抗意識,在後殖民主義的歷史脈絡中呈現日本和台灣之間的模糊關係,並就這些電影面對的「媚日」指摘,作出反駁。
