The story follows a security guard in an old appartment building during a thunderstorm.
After receiving a complaint about slippery floors, he feels upset but is calmed by a mysterious sound. While patrolling, he accidentally steps on a snail, triggering bizarre changes in his body. He begins to ooze mucus, wetting notices on the wall. His boss scolds him through a walkie-talkie, but the voice transforms into a bird that attacks him. As he mutates - his eyes turning into tentacles and a shell growing on his back - he is eventually caught by his boss. Suddenly, he returns to the beginning, hearing the strange sound again, but this time feeling irritated, suggesting he has awakened and will no longer let others manipulate him.
