新型冠狀病毒來得猝不及防，但疫情雖無情，卻人間處處見情。中國文化基金會早前舉辦「疫情下的正能量」繪畫和徵文創作比賽，旨在為社區締造正能量，傳遞積極樂觀的態度。所有得獎作品均輯錄成《疫情下的正能量》一書出版。
