Abstract
During the G2&G4 Evaluation Contest held by Toastmasters International District 89 on 28 February 2026, I completed an evaluation for a 7-min speech titled “To sit, or not to sit”, detailing highlights on areas such as relevance, organisation and presentation; while offering suggestions on timing, oral projection and moral construction.
