Abstract
MOEA/D-AGR, the new replacement scheme only concerns the one-way convergence of the objective solutions among all sub-problems. In this final year project, the original MOEA/D-AGR algorithm will be improved by alternating the adaptive mechanism to handle the case mentioned above.
